After striking out with three other agencies, OneAZ hired our team to develop a brand awareness campaign to differentiate them from their competitors. Through immersion we learned that their advantage is their burning mission to help the local ecosystem. Our campaign not only highlights their strengths but also pushes them to become even better.

Every bank spews the same old garbage; better rates, friendly service, and lower fees, blah, blah. OneAZ was seeking something more. We came up with the idea to showcase the people and the values that make this local credit union so incredible to bank with. Troy came up with a brilliant tagline that not only highlights the company’s personality but pushes them to improve their corporate culture and member experience. We brought it to life through a new visual system.
In discovery, we mapped out the entire member journey and created branded touchpoints that get the message of this new campaign across as well as reinforce the brand’s identity. The new look and icon system was then applied every print, digital, and promotional ad.
Onederful is more than just a campaign or a motto. It’s a way of life. That’s why we created swag and educational materials geared towards spreading this campaign throughout the entire organization. J.W. Marriot said it best, “Take care of your associates, and they will take care of your customers.”
