AtticSalt is seeking a project manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. This role will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
The Ideal Candidate
You are the prime minister of productivity, the sultan of systems, the director of deadlines, the shepherd of getting shit done and doing it as efficiently as humanly possible. You’ve created systems and processes from scratch, and most likely even color code your own personal calendar.
Aside from being extremely disciplined and action-oriented, you are intuitive, approachable, and empathetic. Your superpower is the ability to listen, anticipate other people’s needs, and always manage to stay one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Translate project requirements into clear and actionable project plans using Asana (or similar program) to build out schedules, milestones, tasks, and due dates
Ensure projects stay on track and within the agreed scope, timeline and budget, enforcing a hard line when needed with project teams
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Regularly update relevant stakeholders on the project progress to always ensure a delightful client experience with every touch point.
Lead status update meetings to prioritize team responsibilities and end-of-week deliverables
Schedule and manage agendas for project meetings, take notes and provide summaries for account teams and clients
Standardize and document processes, suggesting efficiency improvements where possible
Support the creation of SOWs by estimating resources, hours, and timelines needed
Must Haves
2+ years of project management experience (creative agency preferred)
Demonstrated expertise in project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Notion etc)
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Bonus Nice To Haves
Creative and marketing skills – As a small team, project management workload may fluctuate. A candidate with additional creative skills may be able to support our team in additional ways when their PM work is light.
Keen understanding of brand identity, consumer behavior/psychology
