You Are

The prime minister of productivity, the sultan of systems, the director of deadlines, the shepherd of getting shit done and doing it as efficiently as humanly possible. You have a list for everything and more than likely own a label maker. Aside from being extremely disciplined and action-oriented, you are intuitive and empathetic. Your superpower is the ability to anticipate other people’s needs and always manage to stay one step ahead.

The Role

This position is hybrid role managing projects and operations.  It requires proven experience building project plans, clearly communicating expectations to clients and team, and making sure that promised deliverables are being completed on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex project requirements into clear and actionable project plans using Asana to build out schedules, milestones, tasks, and due dates
  • Track hours and budgets against those set in SOW & internal tracking systems (Everhour)
  • Manage the scheduling, resourcing, and workflow for a wide range of branding projects simultaneously
  • Ensure projects stay on track and within the agreed scope, timeline and budget, enforcing a hard line when needed with project teams
  • Champion clear communication between internal project teams, ensuring those teams have access to necessary files and materials
  • Lead Monday morning status updates to prioritize team responsibilities and end of week deliverables
  • Schedule and manage agendas for project meetings, take notes and provide summaries for account teams and clients
  • Occasionally communicate directly with clients to share work or garner feedback
  • Standardize and document processes, suggesting efficiency improvements where possible
  • Support the creation of SOWs by estimating, resources, hours and timelines needed

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of project management experience (creative agency preferred)
  • Terrific note-taker: you could have a stenographer in another life
  • Highly effective communicator with the skills to ensure everyone knows who is doing what by when
  • A demonstrated expert in Asana (or similar project management tool)
  • Organization is legally your middle name – just kidding, but we would be impressed if it was 🤩

Additional Nice To Haves

  • Writing skills
  • Familiar with Dropbox, Google Apps, Slack, and Everhour
  • Keen understanding of brand identity, consumer behavior/psychology (bonus points)
