AtticSalt is seeking a Senior Identity Designer with a proven track record of developing logos and visual identities systems that strategically accomplish the goals of the brand they serve. This role is for a designer who doesn’t need a lot of hand-holding, knows excellent design, and can clearly articulate when and why their design is the right solution for the brand. You are an idea machine and can quickly dream up dozens of logo concepts within a week.
What You’ll Do
Efficiently create mood boards, logos, and visual identity systems that effectively tell a brand’s story.
Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and elevate client brands throughout all touch-points, including digital and print mediums.
Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion.
Document our process to ensure brand consistency and a strong sense of story for case studies.
Contribute to the growth and evolution of the AtticSalt brands.
Manage several projects, timelines, and clients at once using Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
A designer with a strong portfolio of B2B, Tech, Health, or CPG identities
10,000+ hours of experience in logo design and identity systems –layout, typography, color, iconography, photography style etc
You understand grid systems like a native language and have a versatile portfolio to demonstrate this knowledge.
An obsession over the details – every grid, pixel, and line matters.
Experienced with motion graphics and 2D animation.
Experienced with web design and interface design.
Highly skilled in AI, PS, INDD, and a good understanding of XD
3+ years of experience working with an agency (employee/freelancer)
