AtticSalt is hiring for the role of Operations Manager which a hybrid between an Administrative Assistant to the CEO and a Project Manager. If you’re obsessed with systems, organization, getting shit done, we should meet.
The main objective of this position is to free up the CEO so that he can focus all his efforts on marketing the agency, closing new business, and running strategy for our clients. In addition, being the right hand of the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all project tasks to ensure they are assigned and completed on time. This will all be managed through Asana, Slack, and Hubspot.
This role may be perfect for you if you live every moment by your calendar and never miss a beat. Some would even call you OCD. Aside from being extremely disciplined and action-oriented, you are intuitive and empathetic. Your superpower is the ability to anticipate other people’s needs and always manage to stay one step ahead.
